To ensure attainment of our goals as well as accountability, the Forum is led through various structures. These structures are predominantly occupied by volunteers availing their time & expertise to serve their communities and together strive to revive our economy for the benefit of its citizens:

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the NEC

The NEC-NWC is a Thirteen (13) member sub-committee of the NEC. This committee consists of activists in pursuit of addressing various challenges faced by our communities.

The Forum’s NWC is made up of individuals involved in sectors including amongst others, review of our constitution to benefit the citizens, exclusion of members of the community into job opportunities due to age, gender, disabilities sexual orientation, racial groups and many other which (the discrimination) prohibits fair participation and accessing of opportunities. This is one of the areas of concerns which the Forum is committed to addressing

    Ad-hoc Committee of the NEC

The Impact Forum is intentional in ensuring that the opportunity follow the people.

It is the intention of the Forum to reduce the unnecessary migration of communities to the large metropolitan areas in search of opportunities. This has been the history of the country for many years, sadly post the birth of our democracy, the status quo still remains

The Ad-hoc committee is made up of representatives from various clusters. It is the duty of this sub-committee of the NEC to ensure that the citizens of the country, no matter how far-flung they are from the large cities know about the opportunities created and are afforded a fair chance to participate.
